Krav Maga is not a traditional martial art. Developed in a hostile environment in which combatants could not devote many hours to hand-to-hand combat training. Students reach to a high level of proficiency in a relatively short period of time.


We have programs focused on core Krav Maga, for Law Enforcement and real world fighting.

Many students love the physical improvements they notice from our Krav Maga classes, but we also offer classes focused on fitness.


All classes have a high activity level, but the Heavy Bag Kickboxing & Cutting Edge Fitness classes focus on improving your fitness level.
