Weapon Defense Seminar July 24, 2010 in Nashville
Come Join Us this July 24, 2010 at 1:00 pm for this special Weapon Defense Seminar in Nashville. Using the battle tested, Krav Maga system, you will learn the techniques and defenses that have kept civilians, law enforcement, and military personnel safe from gun and knife attacks. 
The seminar will be instructed by senior instructor Michael Hooker.

After much wait and anticipation, we are finally ready to start our famous kickboxing bag classes in Nashville. We will be starting classes on June 14th. on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00-8:00 pm.
Nashville FIT Closed Memorial Day
The Nasville Krav Maga Center at FIT will Be CLOSED on Monday May 31st. In Observance of Memorial Day.

UPDATED: Nashville – May 3rd & May 4th, 2010 NO CLASSES
Due to the weather related conditions in downtown Nashville, we are NOT going to have classes on Monday evening or Tuesday Evening. We are concerned for your safety and think it is best not to have classes while there are potentially dangerous conditions traveling in and around the downtown area. Hopefully everything will be cleared up and we can resume classes on Wednesday.

Congratulations to Chris Hollingsworth from Nashville’s location for Mid-South Krav Maga who participated in and PASSED one of the most challenging and physically demanding training courses in the country. FIT-Nashville and Nashville Krav Maga will be closed on Labor Day Monday September 7th.

Participation is at an all time high in Nashville. Our new schedule and centralized location is really helping our Krav Maga Self Defense classes grow like crazy in our Nashville location. Members should bring a friend, family member or co-worker to try one of our awesome classes. Nashville Krav Maga is Expanding
We have enjoyed steady growth and have had great retention. Several members have also promoted to the next level. Demand for our program continues to increase and we are responding with this next step in our evolution in the Nashville area.
Our new location in the south downtown area of Nashville will offer many benefits including a centrally located facility to better serve the community. This move enables us to increase the number and types of classes we offer. Along with beginner classes offered Monday – Thursday evenings, we will offer completely separate advanced classes. Class times will be staggered allowing maximum flexibility as well.
