Weapon Defense Seminar July 10, 2010 in Memphis
Mid-South Krav Maga Chief Instructor Patrick Terry will be conducting a special Weapon Defense Seminar July 10, 2010 at 2:00 pm. Using the battle tested, Krav Maga system, you will learn the techniques and defenses that have kept civilians, law enforcement, and military personnel safe from gun and knife attacks. 
At this seminar you will learn defenses including:

Self Defense 101 Seminar at the BRC a Success
Our first Self Defense 101 Seminar – An introduction into Krav Maga defense tactics – at the Bartlett Recreation Center was a great success! Men and Women of all ages participated in this free event where everyone learned some great tips to make them safer and learned how to punch and kick their way to safety.
Most importantly a strong message was sent on how to develop the attitude of going from ‘lamb to lion’ when faced by an attacker. Also provided was our awesome guide called “Self Defense and Self Preservation Concepts” which gives pages and pages of tips and concepts to deal with attackers, keep yourself safer, and even how to even prevent attacks from happening to you. With such great response we have an encore of this event on April 29, 2010. This is a free event for all adults and teenagers (with an adult)! Don’t forget – we have classes at the BRC on Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00!
We Are Expanding Back to Bartlett
We are excited to announce our return to the Bartlett area with the expansion of our program at the Bartlett Recreation Center. To begin, classes wll be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00pm starting February 15th. We will start our BRC program with Level 1/Beginner classes at first. We then plan to quickly add both advance classes and classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays as participation allows. The BRC is located just 1 block South of HWY 70 just off of Appling Rd at 7700 Flatherty Place (Just behind the Bartlett City Hall and across from Appling Middle School). Our primary instructor for this location will be Michael ‘the Rocket’ Glen Jr.
