Downtown / South Nashville Area within FIT-Nashville
Fit-Nashville is conveniently located in the Gulch between downtown and the West End, on the corner of 12th and Demonbreun at 125 12th Avenue South. No parking ramps, no metered street parking, no parking garages, and no construction to deal with.

A separate Membership at FIT-Nashville is NOT REQUIRED to participate in our Krav Maga programs.

Brentwood/Franklin’s Newest Location within the Cool Springs YMCA
We are located at 121 Seaboard Lane in Franklin just of Mallory Lane behind the Galleria Mall.  Krav Maga is returning to where it started here at the YMCA.  In 2008, Mid-South Krav Maga expanded to Nashville at this location.  After a year or so, we combined our programs into a central location at FIT-Nashville.  Based on many requests we have returned to this great facility.  Classes are offered in an awesome room with padded floors.
